Due to the custom nature of our products, our refunds and exchanges policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while respecting the bespoke process of our items.

#### Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. Each Sunset Park & RV item is uniquely crafted according to your specifications, and therefore, we cannot accept returns for a refund. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before submission to ensure accuracy in sizes, designs, and other custom options.

#### Exchanges

We understand that issues can arise, even with the best of custom orders. While we cannot offer refunds, we are happy to assist with exchanges in the following cases:

– **Defective Items:** If your order arrives with a defect in craftsmanship or materials, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement of the item with the same specifications as your original order.
